And because this philosophy of caring extends to our own Rosedale Green family, we offer a wealth of benefits that can be tailored to suit each employee:

Medical Insurance: Our plan offers affordable insurance that covers expenses incurred for emergency services, medical services in the doctor’s office or hospital, and prescription drugs. Our plan is a PPO, which allows employees the flexibility to seek care from an extensive network of providers.

Accident Insurance: Optional accident insurance is available through Allstate, which provides benefits for initial care, treatment, and follow-up care from injuries received from a covered accident. Benefits are paid regardless of other insurance availability.

Cancer Insurance: Optional cancer insurance is available through Allstate, which provides benefits for screening, diagnostic procedures, inpatient stays, treatment, transportation, lodging, and surgical procedures regardless of other insurance availability.

Dental Insurance: Our dental plan helps employees pay for a variety of dental services including preventative, basic, major, and orthodontic procedures. The large network of providers allows employees to take advantage of negotiated rates.

Vision Insurance: Our vision plan is administered through Total Vision Service and offers negotiated discounts for services such as eye exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses.

Life Insurance: Rosedale Green provides, at no cost to you, basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage at 1x your base annual salary.

Supplemental Life Insurance: To supplement the company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance, you can purchase optional life insurance at reduced group rates.

Dependent Life Insurance: Dependent life insurance is available for your spouse and children through Allstate.

Short-Term Disability: Rosedale Green provides, at no cost to you, short-term disability if you are ill, pregnant, or in a non-work related injury and unable to work for more than 14 days.

Additional Voluntary Short-Term Disability Benefits: To supplement the company-paid short-term disability insurance, you can purchase optional disability insurance at reduced group rates.

Retirement Plan: Rosedale Green offers a 403(b) retirement savings plan. Employees are eligible to make contributions immediately. Participants are able to choose from a variety of investment options.

Flexible Hours: Rosedale Green understands the importance of work/life balance. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling that allows you time to care for yourself and your loved ones.

Employee Assistance Program: Life Management Systems is a confidential service that provides counseling resources to help employees and their families cope with personal problems such as financial concerns, marital problems, parenting issues, stress management, etc.

Paid Orientation/Training: To best serve our residents we need to ensure our staff are successfully prepared to meet their complex needs. That is why we believe in paying individuals while they complete training both initially during our orientation program and ongoing during yearly staff development programs.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes vacation, holidays, sick days, and personal days. You choose when you want to use the time you accrue.

Direct Deposit: Stop going to the bank every payday! Rosedale Green will automatically deposit your payroll check directly into your personal checking or savings account.

Employee Events: Our employee committee, the Fun Bunch, has organized employee and family events such as our annual Employee Picnic, Easter Egg Hunt, Boo Bash, Pig Roast, and more!

Tuition Reimbursement: We support full-time employees’ professional development by reimbursing tuition fees for approved work-related courses.

Internal Placement: We encourage employees to develop their career, in partnership with their manager, by pursuing new opportunities within the company.

Payroll Deduction: Employees are given an opportunity to purchase uniforms and other items through payroll deduction.
